I like from the gecko so much I'm adding it to the list, even though usage by just one friend of thesaraheffect (albeit a dear, dear one) really amounts to no more than antidotal evidence.

I confess to being completely baffled by "polar sausage".

Plethora: I only just saw your suggestion - I'm not sure it qualifies as a pure eggcorn, though, as my understanding is that it is a conscious, deliberate alteration of the term 'cystic fibrosis'.
