Again, no moral equivalence, I see no comparison in how the illegal enemy combatants are waging this war and how the US is waging this war, the US doesn't fly commercial airliners into buildings killing thousands of innocent CIVILIANS nor does the US INTENTIONALLY target civilians and in the cases where innocent civilians were killed by the US it was due to our enemies INTENTIONAL TACTIC of conducting its operations amongst civilian populations!

Either they are SOLDIERS, in which case they are POWs and deserve MUCH better care than they are getting, or they are CIVILIANS (though not US citizens) and deserve every CIVILIAN protection under the laws!
