  • Actually, the hot sauce is named after a place in Mexico where Hernando Cortes and his men slaughtered a whole lotta native people. Tlaxcalans, I think they were. At Cholula.

    I always wondered why they chose that town to name the hot sauce after... but maybe that's where they grow the peppers?
