  • noun A colorless compound, HN:C(NH2) NHCOOC2H5, formed from guanidin and ethyl chlorcarbonate. It crystallizes with ½H20 in trimetric laminæ, melting at 100° C. Also called guanolene and ethyl guanadinecarboxylate.
