For what it's worth, Wordie has a built-in dictionary (which we mock relentlessly)--you'll see definitions in grey text next to the word itself. But you can also refer to several dictionaries and other reference pages via the colorful array of buttons just under each word on every word page.

If you still want to add your own definition, you could simply add it as a comment (as you did with your question), or you could use the "private note" option (if you don't want anyone else to see it) by clicking on the link in the comment "Leave a comment, citation, or private note on this word," which is just below the colorful array of buttons.
