Lake Pend Oreille is Idaho's largest lake, at 65 miles long. The lake is located in the northern panhandle of the state. Lake Pend Oreille is the fifth deepest lake in the United States measuring 1,150 feet deep in some areas. The lake is home to record Kamloops trout.
