  • A family of Chætopoda, of the order Polychæta, They have a cylindrical body pointed at both ends, præstomium elongate and conical, tentacles 2 or none, and parapodia small, with simple setæ. It includes the genera Cirratulus, Audouinia, Chætozone, and others.
