A billboard for the movie Dirty Rotten Scoundrels I saw in Indonesia. If I could be bothered to research the year the movie was released I might be able to guess the city where I saw it. But the episode went like this -
Sister: What's a scoundler?
Me: Huh?
Sister: Look. Over there. Dirty Rotten Scoundlers!
*Family looks*
*Family falls about the taxi in stitches*
*Taxi driver swerves across three lanes of traffic to the side of the road*
Taxi driver: You want down here? Is good?!
*silence punctuated by squib giggles*
Sister: Ehem, no.
Scoundlers are very impressive when appearing on a giant canvas, say 3m x 6m, embellished with the lurid palette of Affandi on crack and presiding over an intersection dedicated to the Effete And Sempiternal Asian God Of Chaos.
