This is the word for 'guinea pig' in the Slovak language. How do I know? We had a guinea pig and we had a Slovak au pair and she called it 'morske prasa' and we loved the word so much that we named it 'Morske Prasa'. So much more romantic than 'guinea pig'. Or Flapjack, or Crunchy.

My guinea pig in 4th grade was named Molly. Even Flapjack and Crunchy are better than that.
