Мытнинская набережная – from the now-archaic word мытня (mytnya), meaning "customs", hence: Custom House Embankment. The site of the dormitory for exchange students at Leningrad State University.
Note: I had misspelled, or actually misgendered - neutered! - this name when I first entered it (it's feminine, probably to match an implied "ulitsa" - "street"). So for a related conversation, see mytninskoe naberezhnoe.
