Session value is set to "ABC" that means after databinding to grid, then only session value is setting. so, what happening here is, select parmeter value is set to null value. so sqldatasource is not selecting data because of its property "cancelselectonnullparameter" whose default value is true. so data is not selecting. grid is not binding.
