By starting the easy highway expansion part of the project no matter what happens in the provincial election you won`t be able to stop the project, I am sure if the province cancelled now or in a year from now the penalty is probably hundreds of millions of dollars—Thats why “technically” the twinning or new big single bridge has been started–Its all so confusing except for the part that BCers are getting screwed again!
