P.S.S. I'm sure we are talking about the same road south as there are only 3 roads into/out of Ojinaga .... one to Presidio Tx, one (16 I think) due west to Chihuahua City and 67 south to Camargo.

I never take 67 all the way into Camargo but rather go left on 69 just 12 km outside of Camargo at the "T". 69 too is OK but that 80km will have a bit more traffic as that area is an agricultural region (large pecan orchards, etc).

The good thing is that the little town I'll be living at is about 20 minutes from Camargo and there is no Army there and there hasn't been any drug activity there either.
