Hi Kalyn, I was talking to a spelt producer at the Real Food Festival a couple fo weeks ago and he told me that Farro and Spelt are the same grain - it's just that Farro is the Italian word for spelt and is therefore the term that you use in the US, while in the UK we use spelt.
