Since a lot of what Flock is about is social networking, and a good majority of the social networking sites out there utilize AJAX in some fashion, it only makes sense that Flock would want a core browser that has a fast Javascript engine.

So far for web 2.0 users not visitin the garage of sleeping/working programmers - i would bet most are still using firefox, and take that proposition to the masses - Flock is too geeky, yet not geeky enough, and too geeky for mainstream users .. so who really is Flock's users?

Flock is not yet compatible with every extension and theme made for Firefox, therefore much of the functionality that Firefox users gain from extensions will be lost in Flock.
