This is all the Golden Rupee locations: 1 is in the middle of kakariko village (lay a bomb) another is in Goron City with the room that has all the boulders, another, you have to play song of storms right outside goron city where the circle of rocks are, and another is in the Gerudo Training ground (be sure to have lens of truth) and the last you must obtain 100 golden skulltullas.

Go to Gerudo (excuse me if I spelled it wrong) Fortress and right when you get in shoot the sign that is right above your head with the hookshot or arrows then it will make a noise and ared rupie will fall.
