Meera, this dish looks yummy as unique flavor is lent to tendley by the masalas..coming frm upkari family, where masala usage was non existant in upkaris, I had loved this instantly when I tasted it frm a Guj. colleague a decade ago, took the recipe frm her mom instantly n made it, hers was minus steaming,hing, onions.
