Huevos

"Huevos" is Spanish for "eggs," so there will be a couple of fried eggs on top of the dish, as well as a little tomato salsa and some optional chopped ripe avocado.

Sounds like Huevos Albañil, although I've also had it renamed as a specialty of a specific restaurant, as in "Huevos El Camino Real", but they were one and the same, as far as I could tell.

Tuesday morning at Rincon del Sol 9 AM: Huevos rancheros, beans, chiliquiles, 10 oz OJ and coffee was 59 Pesos, there were 39 folks in the restaurant including myself, food was hot and delicious, service was good and friendly

Second on the list of so-bad-they're-good things are the Octopus's sidekicks; besides his personal femme fatale, Silken Floss (Scarlet Johansson), there's his army of chunky clones (played by Louis Lombardi), all of whom have names ending in os, such as Pathos, Logos, and Huevos Rancheros, and all of whom have their names printed on their shirts.
