Actually the Tories got a majority in England in 2005, Jonners: the Liebour majority was NOT down to the electorate rejecting Howard's polcies, but down to the Liebour dummies in Scotland, Wales and the post-industrial slagheaps of England having a grossly disproportionate amount of seats.
