PD's great for most corporate enviromments and set-and-forget home users, but it doesn't exactly have a gigantic feature set and in fact I wouldn't honestly say it's too much better than several free offerings such as Piriform's Defraggler.

I personally prefer Defraggler, because Piriform provides a portable version, I can select specific folders for defragging like a game folder and I can pause it whenever I so choose.

Piriform Support Forum, and a few others from several other places around the web. downloading and running CCEnhancer (no install required), a click on 'Download Latest' in the main program window downloads the latest definition files and adds them to CCleaner.
