A port of the venerable C++ libnoise noiselib is a port of the libnoise library for Pygame!

OK. this isn't necessarily a Pygame specific library, but it does use Pygame to display the demo, and the noise functions currently only support 2D noise. noiselib is a port of (or at inspired by) the venerable C++ libnoise.
