Speaking of actors with bad luck, British star Simon Pegg (who has done phenomenal work in Spaced, Shaun of the Dead, and Hot Fuzz) seems to be having trouble getting off the ground in American cinema.

Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg (and, in Spaced, Jessica Stevenson) did fine by the verbal jokes but packed it to the rafters with hilarious visual and cinematic things.
