I wouldn't go that far and call Mohn Quark Stollen the national dessert of Germany, but your right, when it's done right, it's fantastic;) It's my favorite kind of Stollen, as I really don't like raisins, candied lemon peel and all the stuff you need for regular Christmas Stollen.
