BOTH make remarkably hook-y indie rock, that varies in tone from huge washes of guitar, like on the opening track "Holiday Machine" and "Is It A Crime?", to stripped down compositions like "Candyman" and the drum-machine beat-driven "Conjecture Means" - I decided to go with this track because it has this drive to it, with the double-tracked vocals and the clean guitar line, that feels like Summer-time perfection.
