Esperanza (in Valenciana), Los Agaves, Casa del Conde de la Valenciana (top notch in Valenciana across from the cathedral), Refugio Casa Colorado overlooking the city, and we even have a Brazilian restaurant which is outstanding but very expensive across from our castle/hotel.

Truco 7 is funky and has great mole and the restaurant in Valenciana (outside of town) used to be good.

If you go up to La Valenciana to see the church and mine, there is a lovely restaurant right over the road from the church, called, I seem to remember, Mansion del Conde - beautiful place, pleasant food, wonderful and expensive copper lamps etc. which are made there.
