(doubtful given the concerns expressed elsewhere on the album) or just a reaffirmed sense of self-worth is up to you, but the feeling of relief and elation comes through even if the exact meaning does not. it's probably rather un-punk of them to close on a happy note (or at least a peaceful one), but as grand finales go, it's a lot better than "Whatsername".
