Another of my favorites is that I have this fondness for bitter oranges which are so popular in Yucatecan cooking.

We chose Merida because we felt comfortable here with the Yucatecan people, we could discover a good bit about the place through the very fine Real Estate sites on line and it had an English Library, internet available an international airport and good health care.
