I was shocked and utterly horrified when people started coming to ME for computer (or printer, or photocopier) advice. It cannot be possible that I'm the one they need to ask. I soon learned it's less because I'm "handy" than for one of these two reasons (sometimes both): 1) I sit near the printer/copier 2) Most people are flippin' eejits
