I have flown every airline under the sun from DC to AA and it saddens me to say EA is the worst, in aggreance with Anbessaw the staff have bad attitudes and in my opinion being the first impression you get of Ethiopia (if this is your first visit) should be alot better trained, represent Ethiopia properly!!!!!
