Alot of the time when I start it, it says, "searching for atapi devices" , then I need to kill it and restart.

Also: trying to load Windows XP onto my Wndows 98 system, and it all goes swimmingly until I get an error message saying it can't copy 'atapi.sys' --now, I don't have Alcohol, or any other of those other known conflicts, and I can't find atapi in the drivers folder ... have I done something dreadfully wrong?
