  • Hello sandra i to went charles dickens then on to laxon long lane then onto monnow road and finally alywin not sure if the spellings are right. as i have read though this thread it has bought back many happy memories playing on the bomb site next to The Ship also we used to go to play centre at different school for 5 weeks of the summer holidays, and the punch and judy at bedlem also the war museum i think there was some sort of activity shed also near the lido end of bedlem look forward to hearing from former queenies.
