Merida could be a member of the first team squad if he has a good pre season, or he could go on loan, or just stay and be a member of the reserves / league cup for one last season try and fight to get into the first team squad. in december bischof looked like he was showing why wenger wanted to take a risk with him, head and shoulders above the rest, and i thought he'd get an appearance or two on the bench, but he never got a real chance, and i reckon he's lost his drive since he realised he isn't going to make it with us
