One thing 'joe blough' seems to be missing here is that, contrary to his assertions that ABC/Disney is relatively safe from legal repercussions, I would point out that rather than portraying fictionalized characters in the 'Path to 911', they are depicting real living people and portraying them as saying and doing things they never did.
