Prior to the vote, employees and residents were permitted to smoke in certain sections of the building. it is always funny to me that when a journalist writes about the rural areas it is always painted as a bleek picture of a bunch of dumb hicks, but in reality, the rural areas are probably in the best financial situations right now because they didn't have a ton of money being blown to begin with. lorenzo carmon is a joke. he thinks he is better than us. he needs to be replaced before he blows this money. i personaaly think that every penny of it should be sent in equal amount to each homeowner. then maybe we will still be able to stay in out homes.
