• A group of Gregarinida, consisting of Eugregarinæ, which always possess an epimerite either as a transitory or as a permanent portion of the body. The body is divided typically by a septum into protomerite and deutomerite, but it may be non-septate. The group includes forms which are chiefly parasites of Arthropoda.
