June 22nd, 2006 at 12: 15 pm clb72 says: what does it take to qualify something as a weapon of MASS destruction? wasn’t condy “mushroom cloud” rice making it sound like something bigger? maybe one standard is that if it’s capable of less destruction than the munitions that were stolen because the u.s. hadn’t thought to secure it after the invasion, it doesn’t count.
