Chairman to save racing you have to build a new track somewhere near the camden yards complex. the track should have a turf course like the one at track in virginia so you can run 5-6 turf races a day. the dirt track should be adaptable so you could change to car racing and you need to have the ability to run at night. run this track in place of pimlico from mid april until memorial day. run laurel from sept to mid nov. running numerous turf races you need a smart person with racing experience to run the "racing" end of the track like the guy magna fired who came from new england, run a big purse handicapping contest wiith the contestants coming to the track for the contest to draw attention and also they'll bet a lot. a marketing guru who can sell other amenities you would have at the track such as poker room, some nice restaurants, a comedy club maybe a small concert hall and someone like the cordish company to oversee the entire project. most importantly don't let joe defrancis have anything to do with the track,
