  • Well, it could be argued that said confectionery antics were just a kindness to allow bilby to work out his own deep-seated confectionery-related issues vicariously. But it is true that I might have done well to indulge in a little less chocolate this easter.

    As to whether the actual proverb means anything, that's an open question. Pretty much all of the proverbs included on this list are incomprehensible to me. But that is, I suppose, where whatever charm it might have lies.
