  • A Paleozoic family of cryptostomatous Bryozoa in which the zoaria consist of several rows of cells grown together back to back, forming flat, branching fronds; primitive cells with tubular vestibules, and superficial aperture with a lunarium; and interzoœcial spaces with vesicular tissue.
