I'd like a sociological term that means, basically, "digital idiot." Is there one? I'm talking about a person who simply refuses to even try to understand how a program (like FLASH, which all you have to do is WATCH) works. Luddite does not convey the crotchetiness of this person, who nevertheless continues to do volunteer work ("work"?) for a department that has the word "media" in its title, yet complains endlessly about the stupidity of whatever media is created. Which works fine, if, for example, you understand really difficult concepts like "double clicking" and "placing cursor."
... I've thought about it, and I think digital idiot is good enough. (Unless someone has a better one, of course.)
