I learned about this person this morning in a staff meeting. This was a real person (real name) in eighteenth-century Virginia who met with an unfortunate and fatal accident when his experimental invention, a wooden mortar, exploded.
This is a great, great name. (Note: Arundel is pronounced "ah-RUN-d'l." Doohickey you can figure out on your own.)
