Ebay has brought on board many large-scale sellers (buy. com, disney, etc) and many more brand name wholesalers - aka Diamond Sellers - all of which get discounts to fees; no help to ebay's revenue; some pay zero-dollars to list items. (and YES, these freeloaders do compete with the paying sellers)
