filezilla

Error: Could not connect to server i have changed my filezilla server settings welcome message to “hello” & hide welcome messgae in log. but it didnt work before i changed it, the only other details i have changed are under “passive mode settings”

I HAVE uploaded everything in the upload file, and I went in filezilla to make sure that all the new files are in fact on the server.

Upgrade worked perfectly, but it wont allow my to delete the install folder, Im using filezilla and I can see it performing the tasks as it deletes all the files but once its completed the folder is still there, I have simply renamed it for now but would like to know how to solve this problem for future reference.
