As National Socialists we can further set forth the following principle with regard to the nature of the foreign policy of a folk-state:
_It is the task of the foreign policy of a folk-state to secure the existence on this planet of the race which is encompassed by the state and at the same time to establish a healthy, viable, natural relation between the number and growth of the folk on the one hand and the size and quality of its soil and territory on the other hand.
