  • BILL: I think that would be a mistake, because what we get in countries around the world where our employees are volunteering to train teachers in these schools, where they are taking some of the time that we pay them to train teachers in these schools, and where were making cash donations to trainingthe leverage we get by donating free software and the leverage we get by having seen countries that do this welland there are a lot of countries that are very open minded that say, Hey, show us how to do this well.
