• noun A glucoside, C₉H₁₈O₇, found in the yellow lupine. It is crystalline, optically inactive, and melts at 140–142° C. It yields galactose on hydrolysis.
• noun A variety of white natrolite occurring in Scotland in colorless acicular crystals.
