• An order of nemerteans in which the lateral nerves are in the dermal muscles outside the circular muscles, and the body-wall consists of ectoderm, dermis, an outer longitudinal layer of muscles, a circular and an inner longitudinal muscular layer. It includes the families Eupoliidæ and Lineidæ. Compare Protonemertini, Mesonemertini, and Metanemertini.
