Despite the large structural and functional diversity of the mammalian antibody repertoire, conventional antibodies (i.e. heterotetramers of two light chains and two heavy chains) acting as competitive enzyme inhibitors are scarcely found in bibliography.
PC2 has been found to form oligomers in native tissues suggesting that it may form functional homo - or heterotetramers with other subunits, similar to other TRP channels.
