I've tried recalibration of the monitor, re-reading a new color test sheet 3-4 times and feel that by comparing the runs my measurements are close, have my printer set at "no color management" etc. but was unsure as to how I placed the icm file so as to make it active.

I have the MS WinColor to manage different colour profile (. icm) for both monitors, but somehow whenever I selected an icm for Samsung 226BW, the colors changes in the Samsung T220 ... what a mess.
