I agree with the logic agaisnt using IRBM’s however I don’t think there is enough rigor placed on determining seppo, frenchie and pommie fortitude on whether they’d launch a nuke based on one or two irbm tracks especially against a fleet … dunno I just don’yt think the yanks would release.
